Compensation Plan:

60GB Japan Optimized Package: Compensation of USD 2 in account balance;

200GB Japan Optimized Package: Compensation of USD 4 in account balance.

How to Claim: Affected users, please visit the official website and click on the online customer service icon in the bottom right corner to contact our staff, or submit a service request through the official website to apply for compensation. After verification by customer service, the corresponding account balance will be issued, which can be used for renewal or purchasing a new package.
