Examples
- Device/OS: Windows 11 Pro 23H2, Dell XPS 15.
- Client: SwiftNet 3.4.2 build 102.
- ISP: Chunghwa Telecom (FTTH 300/100).
- Issue: Disconnects after ~5 minutes on US-LA nodes only.
- When: 2025-09-20 21:30 GMT+8; happens 3/5 tries.

Tips
