Usage Guidelines
Our services are intended for personal and non-commercial use only. Reselling any of our services is strictly prohibited.
Prohibited Activities
- Any form of spamming, including email spam, search engine spam, doorways, form spam, and more.
- Engaging in hacking, malware, port scanning, or any type of unauthorized attacks.
- Torrenting is not allowed.
- Data mining and crawling are not permitted.
- Using offensive language towards our staff, sending repetitive questions or issues to our support ticket queue, making threats of any nature, or any other behavior we consider inappropriate.
If we determine that a service is in violation of these terms, we will suspend the service. Repetitive violations may result in the termination of your account without a refund. We retain the right to terminate services without providing a specific reason. In such cases, a refund for any unused service will be issued.
Resource Abuse
Intentional abuse of resources, including but not limited to consuming excessive network traffic,Will result in immediate account suspension or cancellation without refund.
IP Blacklisting
We diligently monitor our IP space and thoroughly test each IP address before assigning it to a customer's service. We ensure that each new service is provided with a pristine IP address. In cases where an IP becomes blacklisted, we will take all necessary actions to swiftly replace the affected IP.
Cancellation and Refund Policy
Customers have the option to cancel their services at any time through the billing control panel. A full refund for services is available provided that all the following conditions are met:
- Your account is in good standing with no violations of our Terms of Service.
- No payments have been disputed or are currently under dispute.
- Monthly data transfer usage remains under 10%.
- Your account was created within the last 7 days.
- You have not previously exercised your right to a refund under the current or any other account.
Refunds will be issued to the original form of payment. After the refund is processed, your account may still be used for future orders, but it will not be eligible for further refunds.
Data Protection
We commit to not sharing our customers' private information with third parties unless required by law.
Affiliate Program
While you may employ URL shortening or URL masking techniques to conceal the full affiliate link, your users must naturally follow the link and not be led by misleading or confusing information.
Affiliate links should be followed organically by visitors through a website. We may request to review the websites where our links are used to ensure compliance with our policies. Failure to verify the source of visitors may result in the rejection of your request to withdraw funds.
The following practices are strictly prohibited and will result in a permanent ban from our affiliate program:
- Cookie-stuffing (loading affiliate links using an invisible image) and similar techniques
- Any activity that artificially increases visitors to our affiliate links, including click/pageview exchange services
- Mentioning our affiliate links in any form of unsolicited communication (e.g., email, forum posts, private messaging, instant messaging)
- Using affiliate links to order services for yourself, your family, or on behalf of someone else
Violation of the Affiliate Program rules will result in the inability to withdraw any funds.
Legal Statements
We make no warranties or representations, whether expressed or implied, for the services we provide. Under no circumstances will we be held responsible for any direct, indirect, or other damages or losses arising from the use of our services, including interruptions in service, data loss, or negligence. Nevertheless, the customer's exclusive remedies for all damages, losses, and causes of action shall not exceed the aggregate dollar amount paid by the customer during the term of their services.
We retain the right to refuse service if the use of our services poses a security threat to our customers, servers, or network, at our sole discretion.
The customer certifies that they are at least 18 years of age, or that their parent or legal guardian will act as the "customer" under the terms of this contract.
